1 cup of air popped popcorn
1 apple cut into slices and 2 tbs. of sugar free jello powder to dip it in. YUM.
It is truly delicious!
So curious to see what happens...and I hear that we might figure out who dies this episode..but I am not extremely sure about that one..

For dinner tonight I am making something super simple!! Just a salad consisting of spinach leaves, romaine hearts, cherry tomatoes, sweet baby peppers, garlic powder, balsamic vinegarette (sp?) made from scratch. I like to add dried cranberries sometimes for a hint of sweet but it's really up to you! Along with that I am having tilapia with some lemon juice, rosemary, and pepper on top while I cook it on the stovetop.
Tonight I am preparing my dough for my pizza I am making from scratch on Friday night. The recipe says the dough is best if it sits for 24-48 hours in the refrigerator! :) SO excited about this one!
Target is having some amazing sales..so excited for easter! Went shopping today and bought Pey some new crocs at her request..and also found her an adorable Easter hat to wear (only $1 in the dollar bins!). She also, of course, requested a Dora the Explorer book and another Max and Ruby cup. Love seeing her get so excited over simple little things!!
