munchin lunchin

Feeling so satisfied from lunch today! Eating out is nice, but it just makes you feel a gross kind of full, and then hungry again a few hours later.

Today I had left over spring rolls (see instagram for picture!) and plain 0% chobani yogurt mixed with berry blue raspberry jello powder (sugar free!).

For dessert, 1 cocoa rice cake with natural almond butter spread on top. At earthfare or any other whole foods store you can find individual packets! They have regular peanut butter or almond butter, honey flavored, even chocolate! The chocolate hazelnut almond butter is a great sub for nutella.

To dip my spring rolls in, I used spicy brown mustard. I find it extremely delicious and have been subbing that in my meals instead of using mayo or ketchup. You'd def have to like mustard though!
